Everything You Need to Know About the Heart Chakra: Anahata Organic
The Heart (Anahata) Chakra
The air element rules this feminine chakra, which is located in the centre of your chest and receives energy rather than transferring it to other chakras. It has two facets: self-love and universal love. It matches the heart organ, an essential component of biological life. Your spiritual life depends on the health of your Anahata(heart) chakra.
Two distinct vibrations within the vortex itself correspond to each facet; self-love is pink, while universal love is green. It is the seventh chakra's core chakra and connects the three chakras above and below (root, sacral, and solar plexus) (throat, third-eye, and crown chakra).
The physical plane, the emotional plane, and the individual will are represented by the three lowest chakras. They are more fundamental levels of reality and consciousness. The expression of the soul's mission in the universe, divine insight, and divine guidance are represented by the three higher chakras, which stand for higher realms of understanding. How can the great gulf between lower and higher, the vulgar and magnificent, and the personal and global be crossed? Through the heart, is the response.
An Unknown Multidimensional Reality
There are numerous conscious realities that reside in the heart chakra. It is where your soul resides. It is the place where the soul joyfully and divinely unites with its creator. Here are the answers to the puzzles of human relationships and love. It is in charge of unwavering pardon, love, and consideration. It is also in charge of affection for oneself. The only chakra with two colours is this one.
Assessment of the Heart Chakra
Do you feel comfortable being loved? Do I show others my affection on a regular basis? Do I freely give of my time and abilities without expecting anything in return? Do I have a sense of gratitude for my existence or do I harbour grudges?
These inquiries offer a diagnosis for the heart chakra's general level of activity.
There are other queries to diagnose other issues.
Do I love myself? Do I give my actions any thought? Am I aware of my higher requirements, such as the urge to evolve continuously and comprehend why and by whom or what I was created? These inquiries probe your relationship with yourself, probing whether you are conscious of your soul. They also inquire about your level of experiential awareness of your creator, commonly known as God or the divine.
We shall concentrate on the basic issue of the heart; its health, rather than the element of the soul and its connection to God, which is outside the purview of this site.
If your response to the first series of questions was "yes," your heart chakra is sound and healthy. If you said "no," you might need to put in some effort.
Heart chakras that are overactive, healthy, and blocked
Feeling closed off, alone, and removed from the natural world and the universe are all symptoms of a blocked heart chakra. A closed heart chakra can cause cold hands since the heart provides energy to the hands. Another indication of a constricted heart is depression.
The ability to give and receive love with ease is a result of having a healthy heart chakra. You'll experience others' empathy, love, care, and sense of relatedness.
An overworked heart chakra causes you to deplete your energy reserves; you give too much and receive nothing in return. Additionally, you are extremely sensitive, which causes minor issues to seem more significant than they really are. If you see a sick street dog, for example, you could cry and lose faith in people rather than simply feeling sympathy and doing what you can to help the dog before moving on with your life.
The Heart Chakra is Closed by Negative Experiences.
The thymus gland is related to the heart chakra. Given that the gland often atrophies during adolescence, scientists think it has little value. But we can also perceive that at this time, our spiritual souls begin to wither. Due to the harsh realities of maturity, innocence is gone. We are compelled to do things against the natural order and to accept things we don't want to accept. We deal with things like violence, greed, corruption, and treachery, and in order to shield ourselves from harm, we close our hearts.
However, a person can live beyond these negatives and still keep an open and healthy heart the more mindful they are.
The Heart Chakra Can Be Healed and Balanced
You must endure pain in order to let your heart heal. Instead of being bodily pain, this is higher-level emotional and spiritual pain. Before you can heal your broken heart, you must truly experience every heartache, betrayal, and hurt. There is no other option than to completely experience every aspect of your unique story. There is no fast route; this chakra will be shut down if any aspect of what makes you "you" is negated.
Additionally, you must be prepared to lower your ego. You must be prepared to have what you thought you understood or believed, as well as your sense of self, smashed into bits. This is so because the heart opens a door to a world of unwavering love and global knowledge. At first, it may seem unsettling. Without your self-protective boundaries, your convictions, and your human story, you will feel weak. However, you will discover your actual self as a soul and continuously encounter divine.
One method of heart healing is forgiveness. You should have the capacity to overlook others' shortcomings. Remember that just because a person is prone to certain behaviours, it doesn't mean you can't learn to avoid certain circumstances with them.
As with any chakra, meditation is healing for the heart. However, it is far more helpful for the heart because it deals with an inside reality rather than an outside one, therefore its mending is brought on by inner activities. Take a deep breath into your chest to feel love. Release whatever hostility or negativity you may be feeling in your heart while breathing. Additionally, gratitude journaling helps the heart recover. List the several things for which you are grateful each day. Say a brief prayer of thanksgiving before retiring for the evening.
The heart chakra therefore interacts with a variety of realities, from our interpersonal connections and love to encountering God, our creator, and is multidimensional. The majority of it is green, but the pink portion is where love is received rather than given. Our higher emotions, sense of good and evil, and unwavering forgiveness and love are all a result of it. It connects the lower three chakras to the upper three chakras. You must meditate and reflect in order to repair this chakra. Without doing so, you will never be able to live "higher," with a purpose and divine guidance. Read more What is Anahata chakra and how to balance it?
